Teddy is a Seeker and an Explorer. While she was trained as a Seeker, the new Soul Stealer (Q) has been using a limiter and has made seeking difficult. Because of this, Teddy decided to simply explore the world instead. She loves to travel and has seen many places. The goggles she wears have the ability to approximate how old a Soul is, how many times it has been reincarnated, What Rez the person has, as well as the ability to actually see ki and Rez being used.
Teddy carries a host of tools with her in her backpack, and is almost never seen without her partner, Tootz.
Teddy's Rez is the ability to control electricity.
