The Wind Soul, Ismaru is another one of Tali's groupies. He is probably the most immature, however he is very talented. A more modern version of a ninja, Ismaru is the youngest of the group and has extreme stealth. He also has a strong sixth sense, with an ability to sense when attacks are coming, and when a Rez is about to be used. He looks up to Fortenra Askasa like an older brother, and has a deep respect for him.
As his title implies, Ismaru's Rez is his control of the wind. While this could prove dangerous if the sixteen year old gave it much thought, he does not, and instead focuses on his ninjutsu, even though he is not very good at it.
His title comes from what others think he is capable of doing, rather than what he actually does. They say he can create tornadoes, or even hurricanes…
